Please Read and Accept the Convention Rules and Regulations by checking box below:

  1. Please wear your badge at or above waist level when attending convention functions. Badges must be visible at all times - without it you will not be allowed into OASIS function areas. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
  2. Lost badges can be replaced at one half the cost of current “at the door” membership rates. If you find the original badge, the replacement cost will be reimbursed upon return of the second badge. Only one (1) badge replacement will be issued per member. All others will be at full price.
  3. The will be no smoking in con areas. Please keep to designated hotel smoking areas.
  4. No cameras of any kind will be allowed in the art show.
  5. No weapons allowed in the hotel lobby or non-convention areas, no exceptions. If you require one for your costume or Masquerade contest, it must be fake. Costume Contest Director has final say on all weapons.
  6. OASIS reserves the right to eject anyone from the convention area, without repayment of fees, for inappropriate or unlawful behavior.

OASFiS runs the convention where membership dues are collected to become a member and attend our convention.
Artists can purchase the rental of a table for display and sale of merchandise and extra memberships at our convention.
Prior to the first day of the Convention table rental and extra membership payments are refundable under certain conditions or utilized at next years convention. Please contact us with details and we will determine a course of action.
Once the convention has started there will be no refunds.
